Classroom lessons are a great way for students to learn the necessary social and character skills to be great students! I follow ASCA's (American School Counselor Association) standards to ensure my lessons cover all areas of need for the students. The standards encompass necessary mindsets, learning strategies, self-management skills, and social skills. Each mindset or behavioral skill is covered in the third through fifth grade lessons.

Each month, I teach a lesson in each grade. The topic I cover is based on the needed standards as well as input from the classroom teachers.
