FREE BREAKFAST!

Free Breakfast for students continues throughout the 2025-2026 school year!

All students that are interested in receiving breakfast must go through the cafeteria line or breakfast cart and provide their student pin number in order to account for the meal participation. However, there is no charge for the first breakfast meal.  Second meals and snacks are charged at ala carte prices.

ADDING MONEY TO YOUR STUDENT’S ACCOUNT

Cash and Check Deposits - We are asking our families to have all cash and check deposits in an envelope with the students' name printed, cash amount and the student's ID Number. We are trying to eliminate the handling of cash at the registers. All cash deposits will all be placed in the student's account and no change will be given. Please send only what you want deposited at that time. We will have extra envelopes available at the registers for the students to fill out if an envelope is forgotten.

SchoolCafe is available for parents/guardians to monitor school lunch accounts. Parents/Guardians, follow the SchoolCafe instruction manual located below to sign up for an account and link it to your son or daughter.  You will need your child’s student school ID which can be found on the Student Information sheet sent home this summer or being distributed to your child the first day of school.

Should you need help locating your child’s school ID, please contact his/her school building.  Should you have a specific question about SchoolCafe, please contact his/her school building and ask for the cafeteria.

SchoolCafe is available for making online deposits and to make the selections for the purchase that are allowed for your child's meal account.  You will also be able to use your credit card to add money to your child’s meal account. There is a 5% convenience fee per deposit.  If you have more than one child in the District, the fee goes by the total amount of the deposit, not by the individual student deposits. As long as the transaction is at one time.

There is no fee create and maintain your child's meal account. You may view the purchasing history as well as be notified for low balances through email.

This technology allows us to provide debit accounts for purchases, and increases the speed of food service to students so they have more time to eat and converse.  Parents enjoy the convenience of prepaying for their child's purchases at whatever level they choose.  The point of sale system also eliminates the overt identification of students who are eligible for free or reduced benefits.

The system allows you to put money in your child’s account for meals and/or ala carte items. Students still have the option to pay cash on a daily basis. We urge you to take full advantage of this system by placing money into your child's account on a weekly, monthly or annual basis. You choose the amount you want to deposit.  Any money not spent by the end of school will be available for your child's use the following school year. You may use the feature to receive a low balance notification.  For proper notification of low balances, it is recommended to use $10.00 as the minimum balance so that you are notified in a timely matter.

We are proud of the quality Food Service Program we offer at Eastern Lebanon County School District, and we do our best to keep our customers, the students, happy and well fed.
