The Portal will be updated for 2021-22 bus routes on Monday, August 16th.
The ELCO school district uses a student ID card and GPS system on all of our buses. Your child will receive a new ID card within a few weeks after picture day at their school. This card must be used to swipe on and off the buses every day including any field trips and athletic trips. Below you will find instructions on how to log in to the transportation portal, as well as your student’s Log In and Pin numbers.
Please remember, parents will maintain access to the portal throughout their child’s entire school career. This information should be kept in a safe place. If you request a change during the school year, the updated information should be viewable on the portal within two school days of being received by the transportation department.
To login into the parent portal go to: https://elco.mybusplanner.com/
- Click on: Parent Portal
- Enter the information listed below:
Lunch ID, in the portal it says Student ID, but you enter their Lunch ID (this is a 4 digit number)
Student Birth Date
- Check mark the I’m not a robot box.
- Click the Sign In button
On the next page, you will see 2 tabs.
Click on either one to view:
Transportation tab–shows your child’s transportation information to school and from school. The route # is the bus number.
Properties tab–the school your child attends, grade, & the home address we have on file.
