Steps for Enrollment in the Eastern Lebanon County School District
Kindergarten registrations for the 2023/2024 school year, received between 1/28/2023 – 2/7/2023 will not be approved until 2/8/2023 due to staff being out of the office. Thank you for your patience and know that a response will come to you after February 8th.
STEP 1: ENROLLMENT PORTAL
Go to our Enrollment Portal to submit pre-registration information. This must be done for EACH child you are registering.

STEP 2: CREATE ELCO PARENT PORTAL ACCOUNT (It is recommended that steps 2 & 3 NOT be done on a phone, if possible.)
Within 24-48 school business hours, you will receive an email once your pre-registration is approved by our Registrar. This email will contain instructions for setting up your ELCO Parent Portal Account. Please check your spam folder if having trouble locating the email.
If you already have an ELCO Parent Portal Account, you DO NOT need to create another account. Simply attach your new student to your existing account using the instructions in the email.
STEP 3: SUBMIT ONLINE FORMS
Complete and submit the required Enrollment Forms in the Parent Portal by selecting the “Forms” link on the left navigation menu, then select the “Enrollment” tab. (be sure to select Enrollment, not General Forms)
STEP 4: SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO COMPLETE THE ENROLLMENT

Appointment Location: ELCO District Office, 180 ELCO Drive, Myerstown. *Office is located at the ELCO High School.
ITEMS NEEDED FOR SUBMISSION AT SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT:
- Proof of Residency: Examples: Lease, Mortgage, Utility Bill, Property Tax Bill, or Pay Stub showing name, address and date.
- Proof of Age: Examples: Birth Certificate, Passport, Baptismal Certificate
- Immunization Records: Doctor’s office may fax: (717) 866-7084
- Parent/Legal Guardian ID: Driver’s License or Passport
- Special Education Files or Academic Records: If available and/or applicable
If unable to print, they will be provided to you at the appointment.
Upon completion, your student's building will contact you to confirm a start date and to provide you with key information about your student's first day in our district!
