As a recipient of Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) funds, the district is mandated by the federal government to develop a Health and Safety Plan. The ELCO School Board has continued to review and revise the Health and Safety plan since it's initial approval on August 2, 2021, as required. Below you can find the most recent revision/review.
