A Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) is an evaluation of the educational system leading to action steps to create opportunities for improvement within the school building. Each building within the ELCO School District established a CIP team that collaborating on the following areas:
- Mathematics
- English Language Arts
- Social-Emotional / Behavioral
- Building Defined
