• Complete this application and return it to Jamie Kruse via email at jkruse@elcosd.org at least two weeks prior to the scheduled event.  Applications may also be dropped off at the District Office.  If the request falls outside Board Policy #707 and board action is required, the request must be submitted no less than ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE to the building principal.  Approval is not automatic.
