Dr. Barbara Davis joined the ELCO School District as the Assistant Superintendent in 2017. She has served more than 30 years in public education having worked as an Assistant to the Superintendent, Director of Curriculum, Instructional Technology Specialist, and Secondary Mathematics Teacher. She served as the President of the Pennsylvania Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development from 2018 to 2020.
