Classroom lessons are a great way for students to learn the necessary social and character development skills needed to be great students! I follow ASCA (American School Counselor Association) standards to ensure my lessons cover all areas of need for students. The standards encompass necessary mindsets, learning strategies, self-management skills, and social skills. Each mindset or behavioral skill is covered in the kindergarten through second grade lessons.

Each month, I teach a 30 minute lesson in each classroom, grades K-2. The topics I cover are based on ASCA standards, student needs, and teacher input and feedback.
