Smart Goals

  • Ambition     2019-2020 SMART Counseling Goals - Jackson and Fort Zeller

Every year, the counseling department at each grade level determines goals for the upcoming year for the counseling programs in their buildings.  A goal in each of the 3 counseling domains (academic, personal/social, and career) is determined and then assessed throughout the year through interactions with students, classroom lessons, pre and post tests, activities, etc.

A SMART goal is a goal that is:
    S -Specific, M -Measurable,  A -Attainable,  R -Relevant, T- Time-Based

     Academic Goal

    Personal/Social Goal
