Classroom Music Page

Classroom Music is a required course for all middle school grade levels and meets for forty-five consecutive days (one quarter). The class curriculum uses a sequential approach continued from the elementary level curriculum and covers the basic elements of the art and language of music. Students who wish to further their musical knowledge and skills are strongly encouraged to participate in the ELCO Middle School Performing Groups. This page will provide you with information regarding the various levels of required Classroom Music.

You will find various requirements that are common for each grade level and some that are specific to a particular grade level.
