FBLA is a national student organization for students enrolled in business education programs. In Pennsylvania, the FBLA is organized on the local, state, regional, and national levels. Activities and projects are guided by the purposes set forth by the FBLA national chapter. FBLA helps students develop leadership skills, how to direct the affairs of a group and to compete honorably in competitive events. These activities help prepare students to be better employees. The ELCO Chapter is an active chapter and we will continue to grow as we prepare students for their entry into the field of business.
