Drama
The
Eastern Lebanon County High School Drama Department is under
the leadership of Mr. Brian K. Trupp and Mr. Jason Throne.
It is comprised of several components such as the Fall Play,
Spring Musical, Drama Club, Talent Show, and Readers'
Theatre. Students participate in numerous acting workshops
and performances, and each year a holiday trip is planned to
New York City which includes seeing a musical on Broadway.
Our 1,000-seat proscenium theatre is equipped with a
state-of-the-art lighting and sound system, and also houses
numerous other facilities such as the scene shop, costume
and dressing rooms, and set and prop storage areas. Our
auditorium is directly linked to the television control
room, which enables us to have the technical capability of
videotaping events using a live three-camera studio
configuration.
