The Task

After completing this web quest, you will be able to answer the following questions about what it was like to be an Indian living in Pennsylvania:

1. How did Indians get to Pennsylvania?
2. What were jobs of Indians, and who did them?
3. How was life of an Indian child similar to and different from yours?
4. What did Indians do for entertainment?
5. What kinds of clothing did Indians wear?
6. What were Indian legends like and why did they tell them?
7. How was an Indian house similar to and different from yours?
8. What was wampum and what was it used for?

During the course of your study, you will get to do many fun activities.  You will get to create a PowerPoint slideshow outlining the highlights of your quest.  You will record a Pod Cast from an Indian legend created and narrated by you.  You will even watch video clips and play games.  Just keep in mind  that your task is to learn about Native Americans.
