Mr. Kenneth C. Sandoe is a member of the ELCO High School class of 1970, where he served
as senior class treasurer. He received his B.S. in Political Science form Mansfield University in
1974 and earned his Juris Doctor in 1977 form Temple University. Mr. Sandoe is currently a
senior partner in the local law firm of Steiner, Sandoe, and Cooper Attorneys.
Mr. Sandoe has been a contributing columnist to Draft Horse Jounal, a national publication on
legal issues pertaining to horse ownership and responsibility. He is a member of the board of
trustees at Zion United Methodist Church, and is actively involved in both community and
school-related programs. Mr. Sandoe and his wife, Karen, reside in Myerstown with their sons:
Adam, Joe, and Lucas.
