Ms. Konski is the daughter of Stanley and Jean Konski, former Richland residents.
Toni obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware. She
became a technician in a virology laboratory and later in Dr. Lloyd Old's Tumor
Immunology Lab in New York. In 1988 she obtained her law degree from Fordham
University School of Law. She is now an international partner in the firm of Baker
and McKensie, the worlds largest law firm with offices in both North and South
America, Europe and the Orient.
