Middle School Exploratory Art Classes are hosting a silent auction during Middle School Conferences January 31st. Items include class projects and donations from businesses throughout the district. All proceeds benefit the Penn State Hershey 4 Diamonds Fund.

Tickets will go on sale February 13, 2012.
Senior citizens residing in ELCO District are invited to a breakfast on March 14 at 8:30 a.m. followed by a performance of “Anything Goes” at 9:30 am. No charge but a complimentary ticket is needed for admission to breakfast. Tickets can be picked up starting Tuesday, February 14. First come, first served basis. No reservations taken for these tickets.

The district has been provided with the following information from local municipalities of the road conditions within the school district:
Heidelberg Township:
South Lancaster Ave. will be closed until further notice - bridge damaged –
Temporary stop is at the corner of S. Lancaster Ave. X Rt. 419/ Main St. Schaefferstown. Bus 27 for Ft Zeller and the Intermediate school will arrive at 7:36AM and drop off will be 3:45PM. Anyone living on S. Lancaster will need to come out to this corner until further notice.
